What an interesting perspective. Yes, I could see how those seats would be cold. But if they were in the sun, I would imagine that they could also be too hot to sit in.

It's an interesting image -- but from a practical point of view, they look like they need some cushions!

I think those could be either very cold on a cold day or scorching hot when the sun shines on them.
